Established in October 1995 Intime Taxis have been serving the people of Manchester for over 30 years. We have put in countless miles to put smiles on our passengers’ faces. 24 Hours a day 365 fays, year in year out, we provide taxis to 1.4 million passengers across Manchester.
Our vision is simple – providing reliable service each and every time, at affordable, wallet-friendly rates.
In more recent years our expansion, coupled with the economic issues of Brexit & a Global pandemic, has been challenging for both the taxi industry & our customers, but we have never wavered from our commitment to our goals.
To this end we're making a focused efforts to improve and give back to the community we love, with transport support for the NHS and it's patients. If you have feedback on our service our admin team would like to hear from you so we can make sure our efforts continue to exceed expectations.

In order to meet our mission we need to go over and above, to exceed expectations and connect with the Manchester community we're taking steps to support local businesses, community groups & give back to the community that has supported us through some troubling times in recent years.

Driver Investment
Drivers & Operators are the face of our company, we're looking to build training facilities to help our drivers not only meet but exceeds standards set by the council with additional NVQ service training. In return we want to support our drivers with different weekly or monthly payment structures that better suit their needs with competitive rates.

If our passengers are the pillars of our industry, & our technology is the foundations. Improvements will be beneficial in providing smoother service, reducing wait times and improving fleet management & above all communicating with our passengers more effectively.
Student Support Scheme 2022/23
Intime Taxis’ student support scheme provides a safe and reliable service supporting students, and faculty transferring between the university campus’ for lectures events and nights out.
Community is at the heart of our local service and nothing pleases us more than to be able to partner with the Manchester Student Union in order to better support the learning and wellbeing of those attending Manchester University.

NHS - FREE PHONE & Discount Fares
At every main entrance at the Manchester Royal Infirmary you will find an infopoint freephone that you can use to book your taxi with Intime, our operators will know which entrance your’e at from the phone that you are using, which is helpful for customers that are not familiar with the Hospital.
Whether you’re travelling to or from the MRI, Intime can offer you a dedicated taxi service, including set fares so that you don’t have to worry about the cost of travel.
If you’re a member of staff at the MRI (travelling to/from work), please contact our switchboard, Intime appreciates the service you provide to the public and will endeavour to give you a discounted set fare.
Please note: Wherever possible, we ask that our customers use the freephone provided due to the fact that the mobile phone signal coverage is limited within the confines of the hospital.
